All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

As each item is made-to-order, and undergoes a timely process of washing/dyeing depending on the garment, we are unable to accept returns unless it is a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at eternallovedesigns@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
